All redemptions of Blimps are final and irrevocable. If a transaction that involves the redemption of Blimps is canceled, you will not be able to get the redeemed Blimps back to your account. 

The exception to this rule is if the redemption transaction is rescinded because of a technical error (for example - the platform mistakenly processed a redemption twice  - in such a case, you must contact customer support at contact.akronite@colu.com within 2 business days from the mistaken redemption transaction.
